Our Fee Policy
At Apex Tax New Zealand, we operate on a fixed-fee engagement model designed to provide complete transparency and certainty.
This means:

Every engagement is supported by a written fee proposal.

All fees are agreed before work commences.

Ongoing accounting packages are paid by weekly or monthly direct debit.

One-off services are payable before work begins.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will only proceed after a separate quotation has been provided and approved by you.
